Fair warning!! This place has a HIGH incedental. For their ceramic cups, plates and mugs you get to enjoy in your hotel room. It's not unreasonable, persay, but personally I didn't expect it on my work trip. Expect to pay $250 for your incedentals. The staff worked with me on it, as I got my money figured out. Not once did I feel judged by them for being broke, and (I believe it was Priya) took extremely good care of me during that issue! Very clean and probably the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in.

Right off of the highway. We booked 2 queen room. It was perfect for our two nights. Plenty of room. Full size refrigerator and freezer and an actual table to eat dinner at. Had cups, plates, silverware. Dishwasher. The pool was nice and warm, salt water. Guest laundry is $2. The rooms have soap, shampoo and conditioner. Great customer service. Full hot breakfast in the morning with rotating hot food. I would stay again.

I wanted to give a shout out to Alisha at the front desk who made us feel welcomed and took great care of us all weekend. She went out of her way to accommodate our large group and was a pleasure to work with. The rooms were very comfortable and clean - another shout-out to the cleaning staff. The boys enjoyed pool time and the lobby area with computers. Everything worked, everything was clean so I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about. The breakfast did have some good options but would love to see some more fresh fruit options! But plenty of food for all and I didn't see any issues there either. The traffic and construction at the location made it a little loud outside but wasn't too bad. We had no issues with loud or rowdy guests. Thank you for a great stay!

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is nice and breakfast is great. The street noise is a little noisy but other than that, its a great hotel.

Mr Charles was so helpful with my check in! I had a hiccup but he fixed it all and was very accommodating! The pool is great! The breakfast is great! All of the workers are so kind and friendly with a smile! Everything is clean! Very happy with our stay!!!

My stay was especially well received. The service is always welcoming. I would rather pay just a little more to stay at this hotel. The kitchenette is a real plus since we are vegan. I will stay at this hotel every time we visit the area.

We are a group of 10 employees staying here for almost a month as its close to our Work place. The mini kitchen and full size refrigerator are a bonus for long term stay. Best hotel ever and the staff are very friendly.

Let's start with their friendly approach, the day staff Monica was extremely friendly and welcoming, as well as, the late night staff Priya. On a personal note thank you Charles GM for the condolences card. When he found out I was here for a funeral a personal card was waiting for me in my room. Let's talk about, the facility, plenty of free parking both front and back. The room was spacious and neat and clean with full refrigerator, dishwasher and full compliment of dishes and cutlery. Being a part of Hilton they always have the best pillow and duvet sets. A nice touch was the curtain that can be pulled to separate someone sleeping while the TV is being watched. All of the light fixtures had the appropriate USB ports for digital devices. Indoor swimming pool and nice workout room. Nice wide hallways and clean carpet. Decent breakfast, they use an efficient approach that cuts down on waste. Great waffles! This was our first time at a Home 2 and it won't be the last.
